Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich

My version on Carl Jr's Teriyaki chicken sandwich.

First cooked up some nopoles. Tossed in a little evoo then sprinkled some kosher salt and black pepper.

Butterflied some chicken breasts and marinated them in some Soy Vay Teriyaki Sauce. Cooked chicken direct and sauteed some onions too.

Grilled up some canned pineapple.

Moved the chicken indirect and added some more sauce. Toasting a couple of buns.

Plated. Sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and pineapple. Served with some sliced up nopales and Couscous.
