Well, I am cooking the next two weekends (not this, I am playing in my band Fri and Sat at Bike Week in Sandusky,) Just bought the ribs and Salmon for next week and refrigerated the ribs and froze the salmon. Scrubbed out all my buckets, chafers, etc. Loaded the tables, propane, matts, wood, cooler into the lograck.got all the serving stuff prepped. got out the EZ-UPS (bought a new one too!). All I have to do now is pick up the beiskets and whole chicken legs Wednesday and load it up to go Friday........First two gigs ended up being "meat only." Another season on the brink.......
