Thanks for The welcomes, I’ve been reading up on pressure canning from Ball books, other than adding extra spices not in a recipe I think I have it.

I'm pretty new to pressure canning, Diane. One plus was making some canned dinners (beef stew, etc.) It has been awesome to open a jar, heat, and dinner is done!

I've been wanting to use it to take advantage of sales on things like chicken breasts rather than buying cans of it.
