ok first of all I know it's not round lol I'm still working on that. My goal is to make something that has bubbly edge and looks like authentic neapolitan pizza. does this one look remotely close?
1. 66% hydration
2. I portioned the dough before rising and let them rise in individual containers
3. after rising when I shape the dough into pizza, I tried to handle it carefully not to deflate the bubbles
