Boy, I must have missed something. My first locked topic. I really feel like I belong now. I reheated some ribs from two weeks ago. These ribs were from my first cook on my new Chargriller with no modifications done. I fought temp spikes up to 400 deg. All in all the ribs were good but not good enough for me to give Ddog a taste result. I can say his rub stands up to high heat pretty well. Yours too Larry. :!:
