I guess I kind of did this backwards, making my first posting before doing a proper introduction.
I'm Heather, 24, from the lone star state of Texas. Cooking is a hobby, not a career, and I'm incredibly thankful for that! If I was MADE to cook everyday I don't think I'd love it as much as I do.
I prefer baking, but I'll cook just about anything once, just to prove I can. I'm a huge seasoning fanatic, and I'm constantly mixing flavors to see what works. I prefer homemade to quick-n-easy, which sometimes drives my boyfriend crazy, but works as a stress reliever for me.
