ISO "ethnicity" of no-name cast iron pan

I bought an old cast iron skillet,I don't know how old the guy didn't have any info on it it has a right side pour and a decorated type handle looks very rustic but in good shape,it has no name and 3 small "feet" on the bottom, what is it any ideas how old it could be?

If it has "feet" it is called a spider and was to be used in a fireplace or campfire.

I picture would help.

The idea of a decorated handle confuses me.
