Saw this bag at Walmart the other day that was a Jack Daniel's marinade kit. All you do is open the bag, stick in your meat of choice, reseal and let it sit. I rememberd a dish I had once of Jack Daniels Chicken with a sliced pineapple on top. What I don't know is do I put the pineapple in with the chicken to marinade or do I just put that on top of the chicken before/during the cooking process? I don't have an outside grill. I was thinking of cooking it in the oven for a low heat (open to suggestion) for an hour?
