put your beaters and bowl in fridg. Wisk together 1 cup mascarpone,1/4 cup sugar,and 1 tab. lemon juice. Take bowl and beater from fridge.Pour 1 cup cold whipping cream into bowl, and whip til firm and it holds it's shape. Then take a spatula and fold the whipped cream into the marsarpone. In med bowl toss either 3 peaches cut into bite sized pieces or nectarines along with 1/3 cup orange liquor or rum or even ameretto and liquor from the fruit; Spoon half of this mix into 6 parfait glasses or wine goblets, then crush 8 Ameretto cookies into crumbs and sprinkle over the fruit just before serving top with 3 tab. of toasted sliced almonds top with remaining cream mix put in fridg to chill for about 2-3 hours. This is good served with butter cookies.
