I want to thank Don and Vermin for the idea!!

Each burger consisted of .45lb of beef and a nice hunk of colbyjack cheese folded into the middle.

I was a little worried that I went overboard with the cheese, but it turned out well. A little messy, but well.....LOL
Is there such a thing as too much cheese??? :LOL:

I ate 3 by the time the masters winner was declared....

You should have seen the grill when I was making them.... between the 80/20 meat and tiny bits of leaking cheese.....it was a regular inferno. Definitely not something you want to neglect as it cooks. just sayin....gotta' stay on top of it....

I need to make some of these for the kids. Son loves burgers.
