Sizzlin', actually I've only had it with lamb, but suspect it may do well with other meats.

We had turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy with fresh corn on the cob and Constances apple cake for desert.

Cause I sort of had chimichuri definitely inspried by GBs recipe! Just that I didn't make it, and it turned out not to be chimichuri, lol!

I've never had lamb before. I bet it'd be good on a turkey burger with a special deli roll.......arugula and tomato. ......def. cutting and pasting this one. I think the coolness from the cucumber relish would balance out the peppery Arugula. Thanks Marion!
