I used this in my arancini balls recently for the first time ever. I only used about 1/4 of the amount. I told the wife to freeze the rest. Was I right in freezing??
But divide and freeze it in the amounts you most often use. I always include just a tad more than I normally would use. If it is approx 1/4 lb I normally use I will put in an extra couple of oz.
Don't know why I just do.... besides, I nibble while cooking.
