A restaurant we used to visit years ago had very large tortillas made especially for their fajitzas. They were quite good. Thin slices of fajita meat with grilled onions, peppers, garlic with a thin smear of Taco sauce and a Mexican melting cheese. They also made 1 with Taco meat and fillings. Unfortunately, they got shut down due to legal issues.I agree fmw, naan would be perfect for the job. Not so much pita, but in a pinch. Tortilla would be my last choice - it would make it too much like another kind of dish altogether. IMHO
