We're having no-noodles! Ooops...crock pot Korean beef short ribs and jasmine rice. It smells wonderful, as usual. It is a great dish that we always enjoy.
No noodles here. No cooking either. I was woken far too early this morning. I got almost four hours of sleep. So, I heated a can of Habitant French Canadian Pea Soup and some Jamaican style patties from the freezer. It was a pretty good meal for very little effort.
No noodles for us. We went to grocery and then picked up lunch at Arby's. Hadn't eaten there in years. The roast beef still tastes the same as I remember from much younger. Crinkle fries on the side.
No noodles now - but had noodles the last 2 nights. Bologna & cheese sandwich with fries and Belvita cranberry-orange cookies for dessert. Some jelly beans later, but not a lot.
We had cauliflower wings and onion slabs with orange sauce and stir fry sauce.
I made tomato salad dressing for salads for the evening meal. I made taco sauce for future meals.

I made four mini lasagnas yesterday. I like making the minis because they are 1–2 servings each depending on how hungry you are and everyone can have or not have additions to the basic cheese layers, sauce, and noodles. This time the cheese mixture had chopped frozen spinach, ricotta, raw egg, mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano & pecorino romano cheese. So mine (I ate half) was cheese layers, noodles, browned ground beef, mushrooms, and a hard-boiled egg. The others were - two with only mushrooms added (one will be for leftovers) and one without any additions.
We had leftovers from Sunday breakfast. I remade DH's BLT with fresh toast, lettuce, tomato and basil and reheated the remaining half of my Western omelet and hash browns, sausage patty and half a biscuit. Ice cream for dessert for me and two Girl Scout Tag-a-long cookies and a piece of dark chocolate for DH. .
I was going to have penne pasta with sauce for dinner, without even knowing it was noodle day, but I got busy running around town for yard and garden stuff. I got hungry and had the King make me a double cheeseburger to eat in the car.
A burger is about as hard a food as I dare eat at this point (tooth removal last week). The pasta would have been better, in multiple ways, but I wanted to get my stuff done, so I'd have less to go out and get today when I realized what I neglected to get yesterday.
Today (Tuesday) is National Baked Scallops day. Why baked? I don't know. If it was National Pan Seared Scallops day (or just scallops day), I'd be all in.
