Hi everyone. My name is Steve and I've been looking around for a good cooking forum. I've been cooking since the age of eight and am the primary cook in my household.

I consider myself to be fairly proficient in the kitchen and lately have been looking to take it to the next level. I recently started getting more into Asian foods, such as Indian, Thai, and Chinese. My goal is to eventually be able to make my favorite ethnic restaurant dishes at home.

My other hobbies include home winemaking (been doing it seriously for 9 years now), music, and entertaining.

Anyway, I'm happy to be here, and look forward to spending more time on this forum.
