Roasted pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes and broiled zucchini.

Ground beef tacos along with spiffed up black beans and guacamole.

Easy supper tonight. I made a country omelette with Feta and scallions and served it with leftover rice pilaf. DH had toast too.

We has some delicious pork chops with a sweet and sour cider glaze, couscous and pole beans. Butter Pecan ice cream for dessert.

Grilled some Salmon fillets, fresh Asparagus and Mushrooms, heated some leftover Macaroni that was combined with a bit of Pesto, and Bob's your uncle.
