Washing Up
Slightly sweet, a touch of the piquant, and a little crunch; this salad´s ingredients are a blend of the Tropical, a touch of Asian and a Mediterranean Twist too ...
Peruvian Tropical Salad ( see photo )
1 medium sized ripe aromatic pineapple
2 peeled and sliced finely carrots
2 kiwis
1 bell pepper red julienne strips
300 grams of Romanesco Green Beans ( The Mediterranean Wide Ones ): sauté in a little Evoo or blanch to tenderize and then slice as in Photo
1 Pomegranate ( sack the seeds out and place in salad bowl )
1 lime Drizzled
1 teaspoon of grated coconut
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 dry red chili pepper - flake over the salad and toss
1 tsp. honey or brown sugar
Evoo & Rasberry Vinegar to taste
rose, green & black fresh pepper ground
a pinch of sea salt
1. prepare the vinaigrette and slice the veggies and fruit
2. Place all in large bowl
