INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE:
3 cups flour
¾ cup sugar,
25 dag of butter, 8.81 oz
4 egg yolks
4 dag yeast, 1.41 oz
1 ½ cups milk
pinch of salt
COMPONENTS OF THE MATTER POPPY:
50 dag of poppy seeds, 17.63 oz
¾ cup sugar
4 tablespoons honey,
4 dag of butter, 1.41 oz
2 egg whites
1 dag yeast, 0.35 oz
almond oil
10 dag raisins, 3.52 oz - chopped nuts, raisins, orange peel
INGREDIENTS SPREADS:
2 egg whites
2 egg yolks
METHOD:
Prepare the dilution of the yeast ½ cup lukewarm milk and a teaspoon of sugar and allow to rise for about 30 minutes.
Add sugar to yolks and mash mass.
Melt butter and cool.
Sift the flour.
Add to flour risen dilution, the mass of yolk, butter, milk and salt.
And knead the dough.
Cover and let dough rise for about 40 minutes.
Implementation of mass poppy:
Poppy pour boiling water and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
When cooked, drain off the poppy.
And passed through a clipper 3 times.
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Add the poppy seeds and sugar.
Then add the honey, almond and raisins.

Add yeast to the mass of poppy and mix thoroughly.
Beat the egg whites.
Foam added to the weight of straw.
The whole mix gently.
When dough again to form. If dough is sticky you can add the flour.
Divide the dough into two parts as they come out two poppy seed. One part of the roll.
Rolled dough spread with white.
Place dough on half the weight of straw, spread it evenly.
Then gently and carefully wrap strudel.
Likewise, proceed to the second half of dough and ground poppy seed. Plate lined with paper baking pan and gently place the strudel there.
Smear the top of the dough mass of yolk.
Strudel bake about 1 hour at temp of 180 degrees C or 356 F.
