Made a rack of lamb for Thanksgiving and it turned out pretty good so I decided to try another one.
Infused some olive oil with some fresh oregano, rosemary and garlic. Rubbed the lamb with the oil and added some salt, CBP, and some Italian seasoning. Then seared all side in a CI pan
Then cooked indirect till 125* internal
Plated with some creamed spinach and some shrimp tossed in some butter and garlic.
