I've been off(work!) since last Thursday and today was another full day of getting to play and cook.
Started out with sausage for 1000 brunch. I was up at 0500 but THEY all slept till 1030 :-/
They hammered that and then it was time to check on Mom who was driving over to visit. ETA 1500. Soooo
Put on some chicken while the brisket was chugging along with a 1600 target finish.
Mom showed up right on time. HUNGRY!
The brisket was in the cooler for about 1.5 hours so I called it good and sliced it up;
Everybody dug into the mac and cheese, beans, chicken, and brisket
All except for one who prefered it chopped and on a bun??
Starting all over tomorrow because between meals they were hammering the left overs!!!
