Washing Up
I'm currently demo'ing an upstairs bedrrom. I found 2/3 of room still had original fur t & g flooring. This weekend I should have that up and will save it for another part of the house....maybe the foyer or in front of the fireplace.
The most recent remodel was the 1/2 bath on the first floor. It was originally "just going to be" floor, paint, sink, terlit and new fixtures. Like everything else, it was Pandoras Box.
Here's some shots during the demo and plumbing stages. The sheathing, subfloor and a couple studs were damaged from a roof leak years ago. So everything had to be removed. I moved the water pipes from the floor to the walls for the new terlit and pedestal sink.
This was actually my first plumbing job by mistake - LOL. WHILST I was saw-zalling the subfloor out, I knicked a waterpipe and made a sprinkler in the bathroom. I learned real quick how to solder (sweat) copper pipes.
I thought I had some finished pics on my PC, but I couldn't find them. I'll take some pics when I get home.
