Roll Recipe help

Found this recipe which the rolls look great, but not US measurments.
Does any one have a good conversion site or can convert the measurment.

I got the chicken burger recipe from the foodnetwork site so thats not a problem- just the rolls.

For burger buns
250 g bread flour
10 g instant yeast
1 egg
100 g water
30 g sugar
4 g salt
10 g skim milk powder
20 g butter or margarine
