Smoked chicken casserole ala Larry-ish

I saw the smoked chicken enchilada casserole Larry made, I was inspired , and since I had leftover chicken I made some myself. I made it a little differently but it was awesome. I'll post later about it on my blog, but for now I'm in a food coma and can barely move. Thanx for the idea Larry!

Yea, I didn't think I had quite enough chicken so I needed something to fill it out, plus I love them and sneak them into anything mexican.

That looks fantastic!! I love the addition of the black beans, regardless of the reason! My family wouldn't have eaten it with the beans.........but I sure would have!!!

Glad to see you remembered the cilantro.......unlike this dummy!!!
