Have a pile of leftover smoked chicken from my girls birthday party and we recycled it into Smoked Chicken Chili using a variation of a Sara Moulton recipe which can be found here:

I probably used 2 times the amount of chicken listed in the recipe and we spiced it up. I added Sriracha to mine but left the batch mild as my kids were eating it as well. I also added twice as many beans.
