Sunday supper?

Ohhhhh that looks really good. I'll have to substitute some of the meats though. DH doesn't do real spicy so the cajun meat is out and he doesn't care for scallops. Is the broth pretty spicy? I love spicy but as before DH isn't into a lot of heat.

Not too spicy. Well, it's not to me anyway. I think that the crawfish makes it spicier than it would be without it. There isn't much cayenne in it and you can cut down on, if you need to. Just try it out and see, just have a stand by just in case it is.
