Tested the new reverse flow lots of mouth watering pics

While I was smoking a butt today I started on the grill to go next to my smoker. That butt came out very good. I am very happy with it. Grab a bib because you will need it.

Good lookin' PP, seems that new build pit is working great. Did you just do one butt or will we see more from this cook ...?

I only did that one butt. I have a brisket and one more butt for the superbowl. I am very happy with the reverse flow. I have a cookoff on feb 29 that i will really put the test too. I cant wait.
