Dry-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
Peppered Rice with Onion Gravy
Sauteed Baby Corn & Carrots

Spinach basmati rice w/chick peas over broccoli, dressed with mustard sauce. Calabash quick bread.
Roasted some Italian sausages and chicken breast on top of veggies: celery, carrots, onion, garlic, sunroots (Jerusalem artichoke), celeriac, and whole garlic cloves. A marinade was on everything and I also basted with it part way through the roasting. It was good. I put a lot of meat, because I have uses for the cooked meat we didn't eat tonight, and it was getting close to the best before date.

We have arrived safely at the beach and are set up too. Not sure if we'll make dinner in the RV or go into town to a restaurant? It is Prime Rib night at one of the local spots....
We went with leftovers and saved a boatload of $. No pictures: I used paper plates...shhhhhh! ?
