We had steamed broccoli, garlic-cheddar mashed potatoes, and smothered chicken.

My take on an American-Chinese dish,
Beef Broccoli served over steamed White Rice.
It was delicious!
AND, I have enough leftover for lunch for us two

Leftovers tonight

I made bachelor surprise of already cooked Italian sausages, frozen "Asian blend" vegis, onion, sesame seeds, some sesame oil, and some tamari. Brought out the hot sauces from our friends, who own Peppermaster Hot Sauces. Tonight we used "Sticky Ginger Garlic", and very small amount of the very hot, "Hurricane Mash". I cooked some brown basmati rice this afternoon, so it would be cooled off to add while frying the rest of this dish.

Had a doc appointment so, we stopped into a great burger joint.

We both had a "don’t go bacon my heart 9.254oz patty, applewood smoked bacon,black diamond sharp cheddar,butter lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, smoky garlic mayo" burger with some amazing shredded, fried onions.

Fun place, wonderful food.

Cookies and milk was dessert, later.

I also had a medical appointment. After waiting for over 2 hours plus another hour inside, we ran for the border and went through the Taco Bell drive through.
