I pulled a frozen, store bought, beef tourtière out of the freezer and baked it in the toaster oven. I made some gravy to go with it. I made a big salad and reheated some brown basmati rice from the fridge. That was pretty darned good, even though the gravy didn't turn out as tasty or as thick as sometimes.
I took a squash, a zucchini, and an onion - sliced them and sauteed them in some olive oil. Put some leftover roasted potatoes and chicken from Sunday in with it for supper. Watermelon and 2 Special Dark mini bars for dessert.
