I made Tuscan Veal Chops last night and will post pic's when I get home tonight. But I used Zesty Italian Balsamic dressing and rubbed with a new rub I concocted per Paddio Daddio and it consisted of pepper, salt, cinnamon, allspice, powdered balasamic and some Rendezvous Rub I found. Should be good, stay tuned. Oh and I found a BBQ trophy at a yard sale and bought it for $.25, figured that's all a trophy is worth anyways and I beat the hell out of the chops to tenderize them with the trophy. Was very good! The flecks of pepper and the synonym really complimented the chops. I also did some haricots verts, didn't take a pic of those though, but they were good. Trust me, my blog speaks for itself.
