Rainy, dreary day today. I have chicken stock simmering. Chicken soup for dinner.
I'm planning on making burritos out of some leftover chile rellenos, some fresh hashed brown potatoes and salsa.
I love new Mexico's burritos or any mexican food there! I was so shocked how big they make them too!

It depends of the size of the tortilla, and Stacey was kind enough to only call them "big".

...I'm going to make Cacio e Pepe. Never tried it before. Lots of cheese and pepper.
Did you use home made pasta??This will probably not be a favorite. It was OK but I'd rate it behind Alfredo and carbonara as similar dishes.
