I used bread crumbs. Now I know why there shouldn't be bread crumbs. The meat juices don't get on the pan, so deglazing the pan is pretty much a waste of time. There were crumbs all over the pan. And, I didn't think they did anything to enhance the meal.Looks good, but no bread crumbs?

Today's dinner will be very simple, just a bowl of mixed fruit - watermelon, plums and mango. The plums lately have been so delicious, I can hardly get enough of them. Maybe some cheese and crackers, and call that good.
