i love homemade cheesecake i serve mine with cherry pie filling/topping.
 
Now that I have half a kitchen, I need to make some gluten free bread for DH and will try to get an apple crisp or something done for dessert.

Will do. Hopefully the clementines make it till tomorrow. They are drying up quickly. I think I need to borrow a couple of kids to help us eat all the fruit I buy. Especially when it's a good sale and I buy gobs.:ROFLMAO:
 
Cheese biscuits (shredded 4 cheese blend added to the dough) brushed with melted herb butter before baking.

Will do some bread, since we're out. Will probably make some oatmeal cookies today since I noticed we have an obscene amount of rolled oats just sitting about. I'm also looking for something to do with this bar of Green & Black's dark cook's chocolate I had forgotten about but just found in our cupboard.
 
The clementine upside-down cake was a bust...I think you need a more sturdy fruit as the sections broke completely down and I ended up with a layer of texturally unpleasant mush on top. Tasted okay, just couldn't get past the texture.

It's not playing if there's not failure at times. On to the next great experiment!

Only a couple things today...
Honey oatmeal bread and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.
I make (school) lunches for four- my two sons, and then for two friends of my oldest son, who hate school food. I try to bake all my own bread, and keep any "sweet" snack homemade.
 
i am planning on trying out a new recipe for date nut bread and more cranberry tangerine nut bread, hopefully 2 of each.

I realize this is pretty old, but....I'd like to revive it, lol.
I'm baking Amish bread (bowls and a loaf)
I am questioning the yeast content....so to see if my yeast is actually dead, I prepped more yeast to make more bread lol
