Dinner was a wedge salad, stove top grill pan flank steak, twice baked potato and buttered semolina sesame seed bread.

I still didn't have much oomph, but I did put supper together. I used chicken left over from the jægerkylling / hunter's chicken. We shredded chicken onto a few slices of bread. Then I heated the left over sauce and thickened it with corn starch. The sauce went on top of the chicken and voilà, hot chicken sandwiches. I nuked a package of Patak's butter chickpea curry and that was our veg. Once I heated the curry, I saw that it was very saucy, so we pulled some brown basmati rice out of the freezer and nuked it, so there would be something to soak up the sauce. I will definitely plan hot chicken sandwiches for the leftovers the next time I make that jægerkylling.

Greek Lemon Spinach Butternut squash Lentil Soup, whole wheat bread toasted.

Inspired by CG's dinner, a few days ago, I made a miso/dashi broth, added garlic, carrots, green onions, chow mein noodles and pan fried pork gyoza.

Baked a lemon pie for dessert.
