Dinner last night was pan-fried rib eye steak and homemade macaroni salad.

The last of the baked chicken, macaroni & cheese, rice pudding, dark chocolate covered peanut butter rice krispie treat for a splurge of a dessert.

We had takeout: fried pickles medium rare ribeye, mashed potatoes, chili, and I also made broccoli (not pictured).

Living in the frozen PNW, meal kit delivery has not made it to us yet this week. So, I grabbed some sauerbraten from the freezer and made some potato pancakes to go with it. There was sour cream and apple sauce too. It was a great comfort meal. Later, the HVAC took a dump AGAIN. Sigh.

Air fried oil free french fries, topped with chili beans and some tofu cream. Oat-fruit cookies, mandarin oranges.

Lentil & apricot dahl with bok choy, feta and cashewnuts, sauteed pork tenderloin, roasted masala carrots & rice

We finished off some leftovers - merguez sausages, roasted veggies, and the last of the omelette. We had whole grain toast with that.
