I'm making the apricot, etc., chicken with white corn on the cob. Earlier, I made potato salad and coleslaw...so those will be options too.

1/2 a meal sized salad with orange dressing. Greens, eggplant/peppers/onions, veggie brown basmati rice, a few tablespoons of mushroom gravy. Dessert: plum apple bread and a little dark chocolate.
We ordered from an Italian resto that we have enjoyed the food from before. I had carbonara on penne, and DH ordered an all dressed sub, but got an all dressed pizza.
