What's for dinner Tuesday April 7?

Pork tenderloin marinated in Asian seasonings is in the oven, to be served with rice and a green salad.

I made a chicken vegtable soup and a Greek salad. Chocolate Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich for dessert.

We're having an easy vegetable pie (with corn, broccoli, red bell pepper)... tossed salad.

We had cube steaks (I dipped them in egg and milk and then a cracker mixture), mashed potatoes with butter on them and creamed corn.

Last night we had chicken parcels wrapped in aubergines with goats cheese and onion stuffing. Served it with rice and rocket salad.

AW! i wish you were at my house for dinner! i am making rosemary garlic roast potatoes with some beautiful rosemary home grown from the farmers market

He used the rosemary from his herb garden. The taters were good, but the steak was perfect. Just what i needed after a day in the ER.
