Something with ground beef. I have stuff in the fridge for a stroganoff. That sounds perty good. I'll do that tonight with salads and bread.
French onion soup ... it's currently simmering & I can smell it clear cross the house ... tummy growling ... may have to try some.
That sounds amazing, especially wrapping it in grilled aubergines. Did you invent this dish yourself?Tender cunks of lamb cooked slowly with onion and garlic, with added aromatic rice then wrapped in grilled aubergines... It was good, really enjoyed it.
