Today for lunch, I cooked jambalaya for all the dispatchers and other employees working at the dispatch center. With the jambalaya I served a tossed green salad with a tomato basil vinaigrette. I made a meat and a veggie version of the jambalaya. They ate all the meat and most of the veggie. It was very satisfying and alot of fun to cook for a large group of people.
