Which self-help book would you choose to read first out of these?

Essentialism was the most interesting title to me. Recognizing and pruning out distraction is a more critical skill for what I've come to value most in my life. I've found value in less is more. Rather trying to have it all, have what matters most and maximize that.
 
12 Rules For Life by Jordan Peterson
and
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
These two books are better if you actually try to put them into practice.

The Bullet Journal Method by Ryder Carroll.

For your own sanity do not Google bullet journal or check Instagram on the topic. The basic principles and practice are simple but most of the media on it are fancy artsy things that are cool but really extreme extensions of the idea.
