Dinner Monday, May 12?

We had grilled chicken, steamed artichokes with hollandaise & salad (arugula, apples, grapes, blanched snow peas, orange pepper, red onion, feta & poppyseed dressing).
 
Last night I fixed a simple pasta dish using elbow macaroni, various seasonings and a mixture of milk, butter and cheese cultures.... to which I added thin slices of a mild, cured sausage made locally.

I baked some Trader Ming's chicken and added the included mandarin orange-ginger sauce; also sauteed some green and yellow peppers and onions, mixed it all together, and served it over rice.
