Mini quiche ( kinda like a cheeseburger / Meatloaf - Like Quiche ( But Vegan)). and a Broccoli Gratin bake topped with crispy onions.

Tried a new recipe tonight. serious eats.com recipe for All-American Beef Stew.

Tasted great, SO loved it. That makes it a keeper.

Today I made a chicken curry using green masala paste, fried onion, coconut milk (made from creamed coconut and water), and finished with yogourt. I used a lot more liquid than I have done before and it made loads of yummy sauce. We had it on brown basmati rice and had a salad with homemade vinaigrette. There was also some white wine.
