Didn't anyone have supper?

I took the easy way out. I made my mom's "French omelette" and added chopped scallions and feta. Easy and tasty. We had it with toasted wholegrain bread.

We went back to our old neighborhood to spend time with our former neighbors. A new pizza place opened in our old town that has been getting rave reviews. We picked up a couple of pies from Ohio Pie, a meat-loaded Bully Boy for the guys and a Bio-Dome veggie pizza for the girls. Those, a Great Lakes beer each, and hours of good conversation made for an enjoyable evening.

We also had pizza that night, from our local pizza place that recently reopened under new management. It's not the same, unfortunately, even though they were mentored by the previous owner. Not a lot of flavor in the sauce, which is my favorite part.
