Wednesday's supper, 2021 January 27
So what did you have?
I reheated some of the White bean and Italian sausage soup I made Friday. I made some smashed potatoes to go with that. DH also had some whole grain wheat baguette with butter. We both had some white wine with it. Still yummy. I'm stuffed.

Beer steamed knockwurst, red cabbage, and spatzle with caramelized onions and browned butter. Oh, a German type mustard for the wursts.

I made fettuccine alfredo with grilled lemon pepper chicken. Made some crisp garlic toast from some nice Italian bread.

We finished the last of the unfrozen creamy chicken and wild rice soup - still have a quart in the freezer. Toasted up a croissant each, too, from the Aldi's purchase.

Cold, snowy day so, waffles and bacon was just right for us.
Jeannie baked a batch of sesame cookies to have with hot chocolate, for dessert.
