Oven Denver Omelet
I found a good recipe..I know what I'm having. I just have to run out and get some green pepper. I'll just make one serving though.
8 eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped full cooked ham
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream until light and fluffy. Stir in the cheese, ham, green pepper and onion. Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown... makes 4-6 servings.

I had overnight coffee cake. I posted the recipe in desserts, sweets, & baking a while back. Along with that, we had some mixed fruit(apple, orange, grapes, & banana).

Coffee, hash browns, scrambled eggs, OJ. About an hour later I decided on another cup of coffee to go with the pumpkin-cream cheese muffin. Then a couple of hours later I toasted a piece of raisin nut bread and topped it with butter and peanutbutter and another cup of coffee. You would think I would be wired with five cups of coffee before noon especially because I only drink Starbucks.

I know, but I hate it when other people are sick. It just makes me feel bad too.
