Shrimp & Vodka Sauce over Pasta, Pasta Salad

I made an antipasto pasta salad and served it on lettuce. I wanted to take pix, but I was too pooped to go upstairs and get my phone or tablet.

I fixed a crock pot Korean style tenderloin and few days ago and served it over mashed potatoes, garden green beans, home made herbed bread and peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Dh is now asleep on the couch.

Chicken breasts on the grill along with seasoned skillet roasted potatoes also on the grill. Gotta love cast iron.

Grilled Italian sausage hoagies, melty cheese and a little marinara. Ripples potato chips.

We had leftover grilled chicken thighs, caprese salad, mixed veggie sauté, grilled pineapple and focaccia. Ice cream bars later.
