I feel a bit sad in that, no matter how many I have tried, I just cannot enjoy hummus.
I have a distaste for chickpeas, in any form and that does not make me happy as, I am not a picky eater.
some places in israel will make it creamy and you don't notice the chickpeas very much.
when i say creamy i mean that it has a high fat content because of the added tahini and manybe even added oil....
it is interesting why it is called tahini in english....
in israel it's tahina and i think in arabic it's between tahini and tahina (but pronounced a bit different)
