Hi,

I plan to make little pretzels for the superbowl this weekend. Here's a link for anyone that wants to try it...Anways, the recipe calls for boiling the pretzel then finishing by baking. Can I break this up and do the boiling one day and the baking the next day? Has anyone done this? I don't want it to have a negative impact on the texture or taste of the pretzel.
