Pocky is a Japanese biscuit stick, and it is a sweet snack. It looks like this, typically, and comes in many types of flavors:

Does anyone have a recipe for this? And a possible equipment list? My friend loves pocky, and she was curious as to how to make it, so I figured I may as well ask since I'm here. :)

Thanks! <3

I would make pretzel dough, roll it thin and bake. Then dip into your melted chocolate, etc. I expect melted white chocolate with different flavors and food coloring would work.

search recipes for the dough to make fortune cookies, but instead of making sheets, roll into sticks. my guess is it's made from rice flour. they remind me of a cookie called a k
jordan cracker, especially the ones dipped in chocolate.

i love pockys. i put a box or two in my family's christmas stockings the last few years.
