I don't have that book, but I swear by the KA 200th Anniversary cookbook. I bake many items from that cookbook. The 200th Anniversary posts little wheat leaves by recipes where you can use whole wheat flour and I have had great success using ww flour in all/most recipes I have tried. My main brownie recipe comes from this book:pig:

I have that book too and their cookie compendium. I am not crazy about either books and have baked extensively from each one. I think the breads in the 200th anniversary book are better than anything else in it.
